Definitely not! Many couples still choose to elope indoors for many reasons; they want unique décor, they are getting married in winter, or they found the cutest place to get married at. You could elope in a church, a greenhouse, or even at your grandma's house. Elope somewhere that means something to YOU whether it be indoors or outdoors.

You bet I will! I'm super passionate about helping my couples find the perfect location to say their vows! I will send you a questionnaire to get to know a bit of your vision and then go into full research mode and create a location idea list full of beautiful places you could get married.

Most of my couples end up booking 10-12 hours of coverage because I believe that eloping is the most intentional and amazing way to get married and you deserve to have your memories documented.

You don't know how many times I've heard this... Even I feel awkward in front of the camera sometimes so you are not alone! I want you to know that it is MY job to help you relax and focus on each other, so I will do just that! This isn't about how comfortable you are in front of a camera, but completely about capturing the connection you and your partner already have.

I promise you this will not feel like an all day photoshoot. My style is very documentary and candid, it's not about forcing you into any uncomfortable poses. We will craft a day filled with things you love so you can actually enjoy it and soak in every moment. You can rest assured knowing I am photographing all your memories so you can relive your day after it's over.

You are making an intentional decision to elope because you want an experience focused on you. All inclusive packages aren't focused on what you want, they are all the exact same. I believe every elopement should be unique because YOU are unique and your story is unique. I will help you with finding trustworthy vendors so you don't have to worry about the planning.

I try to stay away from traditional "posing" and focus on capturing emotions, feelings, and memories. During your portraits time I will give you directions and prompts for things to do to help you connect. I promise we will have a ton of fun together, laughing, dancing, + frolicking, and I won't make you do anything that doesn't feel like you.

Yes and no. I do not include them in my packages, but do give you the option to order prints and albums after I deliver your gallery. You can create an album yourself using the gallery I send you or order prints. If you choose to order elsewhere, I am not responsible for the quality of prints.

I live in Calgary but shoot all over Alberta and BC and even worldwide! I've gone as far as Australia to photograph an elopement. I love to travel and no destination is off limits. But if you're ever in Calgary and want to hangout hit me up!

Honestly... nothing. I love helping my couples plan their elopement day, so you don't actually need anything figured out before you reach out. In order to sign a contract and book you will need a date and a general location. But I can go over this with you on our call!

My goal when editing your gallery is to create a timeless look so your photos never go out of style. I want them to last for generations and to transport you back to your greatest adventures. My photos are warm and clear with true colours and a hint of mood.

You definitely do not have to hike to elope. There are so many other ways to get amazing views without hiking, like taking a helicopter tour. But if you do want to hike in your wedding dress, I recommend materials that are lightweight and easy to move around in. Be prepared for your dress to get muddy, I think the mud tells a beautiful story of the adventure you took. You can also pack up your dress and I'll help you change at the top of the mountain. 

This changes based on each package. You can expect roughly 50 high quality edited images per hour of coverage.

Most of my couples book their elopement around 6 months to 1 year in advance. The earlier you book, the more I can be a part of your planning process. But even if you're eloping in 1 month don't hesitate to reach out. For adventure sessions I book them anywhere from 5 months to 1 week in advance, but I recommend booking about 1 month in advance.
