Ever wonder what locations make the best for your shoot? It’s those hidden scenes away in the mountains or in the woods that only the locals know about. Where there’s nobody else around but you and your partner (and your photographer of course). I scouted out this beautiful hidden mountain scene for Alexa and Jared while cross country skiing through the mountains in Canmore, Alberta.

The snow covered mountains created the perfect backdrop for Alexa and Jared’s couple’s adventure photography session. They ran around full of joy and passion for one another. We had tons of fun exploring the mountains together while I captured their love story.

As we were driving back from their session we noticed the clouds in the sky turning different colours, it was so gorgeous we had to stop and take a couple more pictures. And it was SO worth it.
